TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: July 14th, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Grime Reaper Pressure Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, contracting, or receiving any pressure cleaning, power washing, soft washing, or related exterior cleaning services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms outlined below. This page supplements our Service Agreement/Contract and does not replace it. Please read it carefully.
1. No Guarantee of Results
While pressure cleaning significantly improves the appearance of surfaces, we do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, discoloration, mold, mildew, oxidation, rust, oil, paint, graffiti, or biological growth. Results vary based on surface material, age, porosity, previous treatments, environmental factors, and the nature of the contamination. Some stains may require multiple treatments or may not be fully removable. We do not restore damaged, deteriorated, or improperly installed surfaces to "like new" condition.
We provide no warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in your signed Service Agreement. All services are provided "as is.”
2. Pre-Existing Conditions and Property Damage
We document the condition of surfaces with photographs before work begins. We are not liable for:
Damage to pre-existing cracks, peeling paint, loose mortar, deteriorated caulking, oxidized materials, rotten wood, failing seals, or other hidden defects that become apparent during or after cleaning.
Water intrusion through windows, doors, vents, or other openings (even if closed).
Damage to plants, landscaping, electrical fixtures, or personal/commercial property left in or near the work area.
Clients are responsible for securing or removing vulnerable items and notifying us of any known sensitive areas before service.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide clear and safe access to the work areas.
Move or protect vehicles, furniture, outdoor items, decor, toys, potted plants/edible herbs, electrical devices, merchandise, and any other exterior obstacles.
Secure all windows, doors, garages, and any other openings to prevent water intrusion.
Provide adequate water supply and access.
Keep pets and people safely indoors or away from the work zone.
Notify us in advance of any known sensitive areas or hazards.
Failure to prepare the site may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or limited service.
4. Residential / HOA Property Projects
Client assumes all liability for residents/resident guests/neighborhood staff and their personal property and vehicles. We will cone service zones and take every precaution during service but do not assume any liability for damage to customer property/vehicles.
5. Commercial Property Projects
Client assumes all liability for customers/staff and their personal property and vehicles. We will cone service zones and take every precaution during service, but do not assume any liability for damage to customer and staff property/vehicles.
6. Liability Limitations
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific job. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We maintain general liability insurance, but coverage is subject to policy terms and exclusions. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7. Scheduling, Weather, and Unforeseen Events
Service dates and times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather (rain, wind, hurricanes, extreme temperatures, etc.), unforeseen site conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge, when possible, per your Service Agreement.
8. Environmental and Safety
We follow industry best practices for chemical use, wastewater management, and safety. However, you assume all risks associated with the outdoor nature of the work. Compliance with local regulations is the shared responsibility of both parties.
